Research Question Assignment - Would a goals of care conversation triggered by a machine learning prognostic score (Zachariah, 2022) in oncology patients lead to improved prognostic awareness and completion of advanced directives resulting in care aligned with patient goals and values? I have chosen to use this exemplar because it also aligns with scientific underpinnings for practice and was foundational to my quality improvement project.
